Sangam signs the historic Work Load and Wage Revision Settlement at Chennai today / 22.02.18 in presence of the Labour Commissioner and witnessed by the Hon’ble Minister of Electricity.
👉 Ratio of 2 : 3 and 2 : 2 : 1 remains unscathed, as in previous settlement despite stiff resistance and opposition from TNEBEA to remove the term.
👉 As informed Board has kept it’s assurance in Revision of Wages with 2.57 MF and one increment to all, in lieu of Board’s Diamond Jubilee.
👉 Quite an arduous journey from the last settlement where we’ve been continuously pressing for the pending agreed demands.
👉 Part of the demands achieved and rest to be carried over to the future.
