👉 25% (Bonus + Ex – gratia) to persons covered under Bonus Act.
👉 16.67% Ex – gratia to persons not covered under Bonus Act.
👉 Rs. 5000 Ex – gratia to all Officers and Engineers.
👉 Utilising the opportunity the following pending matters were highlighted.
> Honouring of WLWR Settlement by Board including sanctioning of new posts.
> Expedited Disbursement of Wage Revision benefits to pensioners.
> Approval of Special Grade Pay Anomaly for AEEs.
> Not to take action on individuals based on anonymous petition.
> Sanctioning of Additional Charge allowance to AEEs and AE / JE1 in Thermal Power Stations.
> Permitting of options for MRI to Medical Allowance.
