Proposed All India Strike on 10.08.21 is Postponed.
It is reliably learnt that Electricity Act Amendment Bill – 2021 is not going to be tabled in the Parliament during this Monsoon Session as per the schedule.
Hence following the directive of NCCOEEE, JAC at HQ decides to postpone the proposed All India Strike scheduled on 10.08.21. Instead agitation will be held at HQ of all Circles tomorrow / 10.08.21 to register our protest.

👉 Kindly go through the NCCOEEE circular to know the reasons for postponement of tomorrow’s All India Strike. EA Amendment Bill – 2021 is not scheduled to be tabled in the Parliament during the current Monsoon Session.
👉 Any how if the Central Govt. decides to continue with the Bill during the Current Session (11th, 12th or 13th) of the Parliament or later Lightning Strike on that day will be held.
👉 To register our protest against the draconian EA Amendment Bill – 2021 demonstration of protest to be held at all Circle HQ tomorrow / 10.08.21.
👉 Branch Secretaries to discuss with local JAC at your circles and conduct the demonstration as per your local convenience either in the morning, afternoon or evening.
