Problems faced by AE / JE1 Section Officers in the present scenario.
Continuation of Telephone Operators for FOC through outsourcing.
Ensuring of minimum essential materials at Stores required for breakdown works.
Difficulties faced due to revised delegation of powers which affects the field works.
Direct Recruitment of Technical Assistants due to its essentiality.
Enhancement of powers for Officers with regards to pass orders and imprest.
Difficulties faced in ERP and its implementation.
Transparency to be followed in transfers and postings adhering to existing rules and guidelines.
Out dated equipments to be replaced to minimize interruptions.
Filling up of all entry level posts in the Board.
